The General Terms and Conditions are drawn up in accordance with the applicable Slovenian legislation, the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2), the Personal Data Protection Act (ZVOP-1), the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and international e-commerce codes.
The General Terms and Conditions are available on the Seller's website www.eurel.shop. The Seller reserves the right to change the General Terms and Conditions in the online shop at any time and without prior notice. The amendments shall come into force on the date of their publication.

The Seller undertakes to provide the following information to the Buyer before the Buyer is bound by the Contract or the Offer:
- Details of the seller (name, address)
- Contact details for faster communication (phone number, e-mail)
- Essential features of the products on offer
- Product availability
- Delivery terms (method, place and time of delivery)
- Prices, which must be clearly set out, together with information on whether they already include VAT, transport costs and other charges
- Payment and delivery method
- Validity of the offer
- The period within which the contract may be withdrawn and the conditions for withdrawal
- An explanation of the complaints procedure, including full details of the contact person
The online shop is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. Orders can be placed by a natural or legal person. If the purchase is made by a legal person, additional data fields must be filled in to identify the legal person and the person responsible for the legal person. The order becomes valid and irrevocable when the buyer submits it (presses the „complete purchase“ button in the shopping cart) and immediately afterwards receives an e-mail notification from the seller that the order has been successfully submitted. This electronic notification is not a confirmation that the product is in stock or that dispatch has begun.
In the case of payment by credit card, the order will be confirmed and dispatched within 3 working days of the order being placed, with a new confirmation and dispatch notification email.
In the case of payment by invoice, the Buyer will receive notification of order confirmation and dispatch immediately after payment of the order. Once the total amount of the order has been credited to the Seller's current account, the order is paid. The Buyer has 8 days to pay for the order by invoice. If the order is not paid for within this period, the Seller may cancel the order/contract.
If the product ordered is out of stock or the order cannot be fulfilled for other reasons, the customer will be informed by email. In the event of an error, the Buyer may cancel the order at no additional cost until the Buyer receives the confirmation and dispatch e-mail.
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges that he/she has been informed of the General Terms and Conditions and that he/she has been expressly advised of them.
You do not need to register to buy from the online shop. The data is stored in a customer database and the customer can request access to his/her personal data. In any case, the buyer can request a purchase contract via e-mail.
The contract of sale between the Seller and the Buyer is concluded in the online shop at the moment when the Seller sends the Buyer the first e-mail confirming the Buyer's order. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the Seller and the Buyer.
All prices are in EUR. Prices are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices daily, unless otherwise stated (e.g. limited time promotions and special discounts). The prices published by the provider at the time the user confirms the order in the online shop are valid. If the product is out of stock, the price may be subject to change, of which the provider shall inform the user and shall apply only with the consent of the user or the customer.
Some product images are symbolic. Decoration is not included in the price of the item unless specifically stated.
The online shop allows sales and delivery within the territory of the Republic of Slovenia. The delivery costs are indicated during the purchase process.
If you have chosen to collect your order in person at our collection point, we will inform you of the collection date by e-mail as soon as your order is ready for collection (1-2 working days).
Your order will be available for collection at the collection point 5 working days after notification.
The following payment methods are available in the online shop:
1. Payment by invoice (Slovenia only)
If you pay by pre-invoice by bank transfer to TRR, we will send you an invoice with detailed payment instructions to the e-mail address you entered when you confirm your order. The payment deadline is 8 days. The order will be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt of payment.
2. Cash on delivery (Slovenia only)
Cash on delivery is suitable if the user wants the goods to be delivered to their home or any other address in Slovenia. The delivery service may also charge a fee for payment.
3. Payment by card (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro)
To make a payment, enter your payment card details. You can pay with Mastercard, Maestro and VISA credit cards.
4. Payment via PayPal
You can make a payment with an active PayPal account or simply by entering your credit card details on the PayPal website, where you will be redirected by our system.
Only an electronic invoice/credit note will be issued. The invoice will break down the price and all costs related to the purchase. The selected products remain the property of the Seller until the full purchase price has been paid.
The user has the right to withdraw from the contract in writing within 14 days by sending an e-mail to customer.service@eurel.si . The returned product must be accompanied by a return form (withdrawal from the contract).
The user must then return the goods to the company within 14 days of the written notification, bearing the direct costs of return. The goods will be accepted by the Seller upon prior agreement with the Customer and upon delivery of such goods. The goods must be undamaged, complete, show no signs of use and be in their original packaging, together with proof of purchase and all documentation supplied with the goods (i.e. warranty card, instruction manual, original invoice). Do not send goods COD - they will not be accepted. We allow companies, sole traders and other legal entities to return shipments of goods under warranty conditions.
Businesses, sole traders and other legal entities do not have the option to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking delivery of the goods without giving a reason for their decision. Each return will be treated individually! In the event that the return of goods is justified, you may benefit from an exchange for another item of your choice at the same or a higher price. Refunds are not possible.
Upon return and inspection of the goods, the full price of the goods will be refunded to the buyer and the amount will be sent no later than 20 days from the date of delivery of the notice of withdrawal.
The Seller has the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been collected or the Buyer has provided proof that the Buyer has sent the goods to the Seller. The Buyer must return the goods to:

The Seller shall be liable for material defects of the products purchased in the online shop. The Buyer shall report the complaint to the following e-mail address: customer.service@eurel.si and shall enclose a copy of the original invoice with the returned product. Within 5 working days of receipt of the written message, the Seller will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and inform the Buyer of the procedure to be followed in the complaint.
An error is factual if:
- the product does not have the characteristics necessary for its normal use or circulation,
- the product does not have the characteristics necessary for the specific use for which the buyer is buying it, which were known or should have been known to the seller,
- the product does not have the characteristics and qualities that were expressly or tacitly agreed or prescribed,
- the seller has handed over a product that does not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown for information only.
The suitability of the product is compared with other, faultless products of the same type, as well as with the manufacturer's statements or indications on the product itself.
Liability for material defects is governed by the provisions of the law governing contractual relations (CC), unless otherwise provided in the ZVPot.
The right to claim a material defect in a product is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.
Items are guaranteed if stated on the warranty card or invoice. The warranty is valid subject to the instructions on the warranty card and the presentation of the invoice.
Warranty periods are indicated on the warranty cards.
The manufacturer is obliged to carry out the warranty repair within 45 days of receipt of the goods, failing which the goods will be replaced by another equivalent and faultless product. The buyer can claim the warranty from the seller, directly from the manufacturer.
The return of the goods to invoke the guarantee shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set out on the warranty card. There is no cost to the Buyer for returning the goods.
The Seller shall use its best endeavours to ensure that the information published on this website is up-to-date and correct. However, the characteristics of the products, the price or the delivery date may change so quickly that the Seller is unable to correct the information on the website. In such a case, the Seller will inform the Buyer of any changes and give the Buyer the opportunity to withdraw from the contract or to exchange the product ordered.
Photographs are not guarantees of product performance. The supplier endeavours to provide as accurate photographs of the products as possible, but all photographs should be considered as symbolic (variations in colour shades may occur).
The Seller complies with consumer protection legislation. It shall therefore make every effort to comply with its obligation to ensure an effective complaints handling system.

The complaint procedure is confidential.
The Seller recognises that a key feature of consumer disputes is the disproportion between the economic value of the product and the time and costs involved in resolving the dispute, and the Seller will endeavour to resolve any disputes amicably.
The Seller does not recognise any out-of-court consumer dispute resolution provider as competent for the settlement of consumer disputes which the Buyer as a consumer may bring under the Act on Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes.
The provisions of the Code of Obligations, the Electronic Commerce Act, the Personal Data Protection Act and the Consumer Protection Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to all relationships and rights and obligations not governed by these General Terms and Conditions.
